Hence you can pick your favourites, and reschedule with them directly in the app. When you select a professional from my favourite, this means they’ll receive your job request first, while we are checking with your other favourite team members. In case your favourite is not available for that particular date and time slot, then you will be notified, so you can change your service time slot or pick another available pro in your area.

If you're looking for a refund, then there is an important thing we'd like you to consider. Any refund can be processed, post cancellation of your plan which is done within 15 minutes of your booking confirmation.

You should never have to deal with uncertainty around your booking experience, and we apologize for the lapse in service.
In case, where a professional is not available for a particular booking slot, he can pre-notify his unavailability to allocate another jobber in his place to complete the job. From your end, you can also choose another professional of your choice in a buffer time of 2 hrs before the jobber accepts your job request.
